Nearby, Gairloch (1.5 miles) has local shops, cafes and a dog-friendly bar and restaurant. Gairloch Beach (2.5 miles) is dog-friendly all year round, or you can visit Big Sand Beach (2.5 miles), although some restrictions may apply. From either beach, you can enjoy incredible sunsets and you may even spot whales in Strath Bay. For epic dog walks, head to Loch Ewe (7.5 miles) or Loch Maree (13 miles), or bag a Munro at the Beinn Eighe massif (27 miles).
